Peaceful and safe location. Convenient distance from Huacachina and Ica centre. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good amenities including air conditioning, TV, and pool. On-site restaurant with affordable prices. Excellent service from friendly staff

We had a great stay for 5 nights. The hotel is in a safe and quiet area, away from the noise of the city. We appreciated the easy transportation and short taxi rides from this location, only 10 minutes to a popular attraction and 15-20 minutes from this city center. The rooms were spacious with air conditioning and TV, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant and thought the prices were very reasonable. The staff was exceptional and provided great service.

Good location, affordable prices, helpful staff
I enjoyed my stay at a hotel in Ica. The location was great, away from the city noise but still easily accessible by taxi. The prices were affordable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure we had a comfortable stay and assisted with any queries we had. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities.
There were some negative aspects. During check-in, we were not properly informed about the breakfast timings, which led to us missing out on it. The pool facilities were unusable due to an event taking place, and there was no prior communication about it. Also, the room was hot as there was no air conditioning and we could not open the windows due to bugs.

Our family trip was a pleasant surprise at this hotel! the location is away from the city chaos yet nearby to main attractions. the room was clean, spacious with comfortable beds and a neat bathroom. the staff was exceptionally courteous, making us feel at home. the restaurant offered tasty cuisine at good prices. There is a fantastic pool and game room to keep kids entertained.
The brochure and map provision could be improved.

Had an amazing weekend away at a cute little hotel on the outskirts of the city. the location was perfect, nestled in a quiet and safe area. We were just a quick taxi ride away from the city center and an even shorter ride to a popular tourist spot. the rooms were spacious and super comfortable with all the amenities we needed. the best part was the friendly staff who made us feel right at home with their helpfulness and welcoming attitude.
Although the hotel was great, there were a few things that could have been better.
